Grilling Tips

Grass-fed beef is leaner than grain-fed, so it cooks faster. Grill over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side for medium. Pull at 155°F and let rest — it'll carry to 160°F. Don't press the patty. Season simply: salt, pepper, done.
