What is a Beef Share?

A beef share gives you a portion (half or whole) of one of our grass-fed cattle, processed and packaged according to your preferences. You'll receive a variety of cuts including steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, and more—everything the animal has to offer. It's the most economical way to enjoy premium beef and fill your freezer with quality meat.

Your beef share will include a variety of cuts such as:

How It Works

This nonrefundable deposit reserves your beef share. After placing your deposit, we'll contact you to discuss processing preferences, pickup or delivery details, and final pricing. The total cost depends on the hanging weight of your share at $7.50 per pound. Typical hanging weights are 250-400 lbs for a half share and 500-800 lbs for a whole share.

Freezer Space Required

A half beef share requires approximately 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space. A whole beef share requires approximately 16-20 cubic feet. All meat is vacuum-sealed and frozen for maximum freshness and storage life.
